REAGAN MARKETING + DESIGN is looking for a strong communicator and multi-faceted project manager to support a wide variety of projects. This is a hybrid position working in multiple settings—at the agency (indoors or out) in the Wealthy Street district, occasionally at the client’s workplace, or from home.
There is no “typical day” here because every day you will prioritize what matters. Some days you will be managing projects based on breaking news. Other days you will manage and execute tactics within planned strategic communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem-solver and someone that can connect dots and anticipate needs.
Here are a few of the shared expectations:
- Think like a boss and work like a bee—you own the deliverables with team support.
- Partner with creatives, digital team and coordinators to develop strategic plans, tactics, concepts and content.
- Ask good questions to validate shared understanding and strengthen expertise.
- Self-motivated and energized by deadlines and fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Comfortable working within a project management software system.
- Track and enter time on a daily basis.
Specific Ask:
- 5-10+ years of relevant project management experience; bonus points for experience at a corporation, large non-profit organizations or any size agency.
- Preferred degree in Business, Advertising, Public Relations or Communications.
- Strong business communications – writing business plans, executive summaries, client communication, etc.
Compensation
Salary range is negotiable depending on skills and experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, disability & life insurance, SIMPLE IRA contribution, wellness reimbursement, paid holidays and paid time off.
